Vera Pawelzik

Vera is a german artist living in Atlanta. She is self-taught, so her style is continuously evolving. A very distinct mathematic thinking and the dedication to minimalism characterize her work.

Her creativity is inspired by pure and minimalistic form compositions in architecture, mid century art, concrete art and constructivism. Her artwork is focused on geometric shapes and is always seeking for balance. The color and form ideas are arising emotionally and conceptually at the same time. The result is a geometrically balanced composition, which shows a highly purified work of simplicity and harmony. Exploring the reduction of the form to the minimum in an aesthetic and clear way reflects her expression of modern minimal art.
