Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. Estimated delivery times are outlined above. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for US & EU orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Please contact us for assistance and customer support.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION: Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours after the order is placed (during business hours). After that, you will have to follow our return policy. Customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. Orders not collected from a local pickup point can be reshipped for a shipping fee. If not collected and a refund is requested, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
